Welcome.
If you are feeling troubled, perhaps i can help. I’m a fully qualified honours graduate of the Metanoia Institute and member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy.
Counselling can lead to healing and positive change, even in very difficult circumstances. I can work with you to not only explore your concerns, but also to help you develop greater self-understanding, self-compassion and meaning in your life. Most evidence suggests that successful therapy and counselling is built on a trusting rapport between you and your therapist. With warmth, empathy, respect, and my professional training, I hope I’ll be able to help.
If you are considering seeing a counsellor, I offer an initial 30 minute assessment session at no charge where you can explore, in complete confidence, any issue that is troubling you. It is an opportunity for me to find out a little about you and what brings you to counselling, and for you to see whether you would like to take things further.
Issues people bring to therapy include: anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties at home or at work, bereavement and loss, addiction, low self-esteem and confidence, anger management, stress, and feelings of a lack of purpose or fulfillment in life.
Whether there is a specific problem, or perhaps a more general feeling that life isn’t turning out quite how you had hoped, therapy can build a path towards living in a more satisfying and fulfilling way.
My private practice in Golders Green, NW11, has off street parking. It is based very close to public transport and easily accessible from most parts of London. The practice is 200 yards from Golders Green tube and bus station.
